Flower Mound Pumpkin Patch

I feel like I should make this a Throwback Thursday post since we went to the Flower Mound Pumpkin Patch over a month ago…One of my friends posted a photo of our son with these wooden Paw Patrol cutouts and since Ian is obsessed with them I had to find out where she went.  She told me it was the Flower Mound Pumpkin Patch and to get there as soon as they open if you want to get photos without other people’s kids in it.  So as soon as the kids woke up one Saturday mid-October we got them dressed and in the car, didn’t even eat breakfast!  I did give them both a nutri-grain bar in the van since they can get quite awful when hungry.

We arrived shortly after they opened and the first thing we did was check out all the awesome cutouts they had out on display.  They had quite the collection!  We took a few photos, then sat down to eat some bagels/muffins that we bought along the way.  Mr. A always takes photos of me eating…or maybe I’m always eating, I get quite awful when hungry as well.

Not only did they have these awesome cutouts they had bounce houses, wooden vehicles, hay maze, hay rides, playgrounds, oh and of course pumpkins.

Look at this photo, my two boys sharing a little train, so cute right?

Actually Jensen is crying and trying to push Ian out and Ian is trying to take up as much room as possible.  You see that kid staring at them?  He’s thinking the same thing I am…”Seriously???”

Ian had a blast trying to climb this hill of hay and then sliding down it.  We also let him bounce in the bounce houses and play on the play grounds.  Jensen ran around trying to sit on pumpkins.  After this we decided to eat something before the kids would undoubtedly crash in the car ride home.  So we went to Red Hot and Blue.   Mr. A took lots of random pictures because he rented some lenses for our weekend trip to Granbury.

Then we went home and wrangled some cows 🙂
